This knife ain't nearly as sharp as they claim! Returning it is a nightmare!!!

The item was marketed as the ultimate tool out there. Honestly, it's not terrible, but definitely not as great as the seller claimed.

Great service, high-quality item, I'd suggest this to anyone who values good craftsmanship.

I placed an order on 3.10.22 (by mistake) for a knife set through their website. I canceled it right away, within an hour. But guess what? They shipped it the very next day! After sending a bunch of emails, they finally agreed to give me a full refund, minus the 12€ I had to fork out for returning it. I even left a negative review in Finnish, and then they promised to refund me completely, including the postage. But then, all my emails started bouncing back with an 'unknown domain' notice. They keep sending polite messages saying to reach out if I have questions, but responding to them is a no-go now. Their latest claim was that they’ve refunded everything and told me to contact Klarna. So, I did, only to find out they had given me a partial refund, and there’s still a 70€ payment pending for me. I'm still waiting for the full refund plus that 12€ for the return shipping! Huusk should cover the return postage since it was their mistake that made me send back the unopened package in the first place. Honestly, they should throw in something extra for the hassle, but I’d be happy if they just took care of my immediate expenses. It feels like everyone should steer clear of doing business with this company!

All my emails have been disregarded, and I haven’t received any responses. I got a phone call from Huusk today, but it didn’t help at all. I expressed my frustration with their service and highlighted their terrible customer support. When it came to the order that shouldn’t have been sent out, they said it was up to another department to provide a return label. The response I got was that I should reach out to customer service once the order arrives, which is impossible since all my communications bounce back as undeliverable. The email address doesn’t even exist! I highly advise against buying anything from them. YouTube videos reveal how awful these knives are, which is why I canceled my order right after I found out. The paint chips off the blades, and if it contains lead, that’s even more hazardous for food prep. These knives are sold under various names and can be found for as low as £5 on some sites, not the inflated price they’re asking for cheap imitations. All their claims about quality are wildly exaggerated to trick people into buying, fully aware that all emails will bounce back. Best advice? Stay away!
